I haven’t read an anthology where the separate characters are interconnected. I was unsure of what to expect, and I had only read two of the contributing authors before. This anthology was done beautifully. I have always been a fan of AL Jackson, and Molly McAdams, and now I have two more amazing authors, Tiffany King and Christina Lee, to add to my list to read more from. Each writing style different, and unique from the others these amazing ladies did an amazing job with this book.
The first novella by Al Jackson, is Behind Her Eyes. Behind Her Eyes is Micha’s story. Micha is very untrusting after a horrible incident occurred while at college. She meets her hot neighbor and he is unrelenting in his pursuit to get Micha to let him in. This story was, as usual, amazing. AL Jackson’s writing style pulls you in, traps your heart, and squeezes in the most beautiful way.
The second novella is from Molly McAdams, Saving Me. Indy has not seen some very good past couple of years. A traumatic accident that claimed the life of someone she loved dearly, and a boyfriend that cares very little for her. She finds herself drowning out everything with drunkin nights. She does have someone on her side though, she just couldn’t figure out who. This was an angsty feel good story, and in Molly McAdams fashion pulls you in from the get go.
The third novella is by Tiffany King, called Fouling Out is about Courtney. She works in a sports bar and she has become great at dodging all of the come ons from arrogant guys. Dalton, is determined to get her. When he catches feelings though he has to figure out how to get her to relent, and let him in.
The fourth novella is Beneath Your Layers, by Christina Lee, and is about Chloe a future fashion designer. She works in a boutique, where her boss offers her a chance to design a show for her final in college. Only one catch, she has to do it with the boss’s nephew Blake. He will do the manual labor for her. They don’t get along. In fact, Blake thinks she is stuck up and Chloe looks down on him. These two belong together, their banter back and forth is so funny, and the chemistry is hot.

A very nice and charming compilation of short stories, told by different authors, but regarding the same group of girls. The different ways people meet and fall in love is always fascinating. Here we get to be a fly on the wall. Easily recommended!
I loved the first 3 books, they really kept my attention but the last one I couldn't even fish to bring for me. I didn't like the storyline.
First off these were all talented writers in one book and it was perfect how they all had a hand in each couples stories..all the characters were so awesome they all deserve to have their own books. I loved all couples but I have to say Chloe and Blake were my favorite. I want more...no....I need more...)
So different and amazing! A really neat concept to have 4 different characters who are intermingled in Thier lives written by 4 different authors. I fell in love with all four couples! I can't make up my mind who I like most!! A must interesting read! I wish I could see more of each of the couples!
When We Met is the perfect combination of 4 stories that flow and interact with each other. You get to meet each character that lives in the house and read their individual story about love and life and struggle. Each authors writing style is unique yet they go so well with each other. I absolutely loved this book. I think it's a genius idea and it came together so well! I recommend this book for anyone who loves a good romance story, with a little humor to top it off!

I had only read one of these authors before this book. I saw that author post about the book, and I figured I would give it a try and purchased the ebook. WOW. WOW. WOW. So glad that I did! While each story is definitely different and has its own style, all of them were really great! One story brought me to tears... another had me giggling out loud in the car dealership waiting for my oil change. I could not put it down. I loved all 8 characters so much! I also need to get busy reading some other stuff from the other 3 authors I had not read before. You do not want to miss this book!
Behind Her Eyes by A.L. Jackson- Mischa's trust was destroyed by Hunter. After meeting her boy-man-god Darryn, she realizes not all guys are a**holes! Such a great read! First story I ever read from A.L Jackson and I loved it!

Saving Me by Molly McAdams- This story is about Indy. In the previous story we learn of her and her boyfriend breaking up but not much else. In Saving Me we find out that one of Darryn's housemates, Kier, has been taking care of her when she gets drunk and she never remembers. He helps her overcome her pain and saving her but can she overcome his confession? Another amazing read from Molly McAdams!!

Fouling Out by Tiffany King- Courtney and Dalton were best friends until Dalton's father forced him to focus solely on basketball. Until Courtney is the waitress at Dalton's table in college. Dalton is infatuated and Courtney wants nothing to do with him. Loved this story!

Beneath Your Layers by Christina Lee- Opposites do attract! Chloe is methodical and Blake is spontaneous. Blake is the one person to break Chloe's hard exterior and show her some fun.

This book was awesome! I loved how each author wrote a story on each roommate and they just came together so well! A must read )
